Question: Stabbed finger- feels like its broken! Please help!?
My brother works at a deli and was cutting up some meat and cut his finger!. It was a really deep cut and is swollen and blue!. Could he have possibly have broken his finger!?
He is icing it right now and is wondering if he should get it taped up to another finger!?
Any suggestions!.
Its 1 AM so we really don't know what to do being that it is so late!.

dont tape it to another finger or anything if u think it may be broken go A&E better safe than sorry
if its blue it means there is a limited supply of blood please go A&E and get it checked out he could loose his finger if ur not careful

He definitely needs to go to the ER!. He will have to get a Tetanus shot, if he hasn't had one, especially if he was cutting meat!. It's hard to break his finger with just a knife, he may have put a scratch on the bone!. It's getting an infection that worries me and should be worrying him!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it is a really deep cut then he will most likely need stitches!.
You should drive him to the hospital immediately!. They get patients like this all the time, even at 1am =P

Go to emergency now, they'll give a tetanus shot to be safe!. You surely have infected it!. They'll give you antibiotics as well!. Don't leave it this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Think he shld go c doc cos u siad it was a deep cut n turning blue!. wrap some cloth around it on the way!.
