First, take a cool bath and add a 1/2 a cup of baking soda into the tub, soak for 10 minutes, do this as often as you need it!. Apply an aloe vera cream!. Avoid petroleum-based products or products with benzocaine, they'll only lock in the heat!. Then take and asprin to help relive the pain!. There is nothing you can do to about the pealing, but if you use a mouzturizing lotion that should help the itching!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before you go to bed tonight take a cool, not ice cold but kind of luke warm/cool shower!. That will help get some of the heat out of the burn which will help the sunburn heal faster and it should also help with the pain!. Aloe Vera works really well!. It helps to cool the burn and there's something about aloe that actually helps it heal too!. If you have access to a fresh aloe plant, break off one of the leaves and the spilt the leaf down the middle and the rub the inside of the leaf on your skin!. They also make Aloe Vera gel that helps if you don't have access to the plant!.
When you go to bed tonight try soaking a couple of washcloths in cold water and then laying them on top of your skin, especially in the areas where the burn is the most painful!. It will help pull of the heat from your skin and the cool moisture will help with the pain!.
If the pain real severe you might want to take some tylenol or advil!. Also if you notice any blistering I would try to get ahold of your doctor and let them know what happened!. Blistering is a sign of a second degree burn and it is possible to get a 2nd or even 3rd degree sunburn
Hope that helps!. Sunburns are no funWww@Answer-Health@Com

well ive found that aloe vera
( usually a blue or green colored
gel substance ) works really well
to relieve the pain of sunburn!. but
to get rid of it you kinda have to
wait it out and make sure to
moisturize the sunburnt area
( some aloe vera gels have a
moisturizer in them ) so that the
skin doesnt peel!. /:

hope your sunburn gets better (:
