My boyfriends brother called me and asked if he could stay over because he was home alone and so i said yeah of course because and he really supports my boyfriend and i so i waited for a little bit and then i heard a thump against my porch and there he was and he looked brutal and he was crying!. So i dragged him into the house and started cleaning him up and i asked him what happened, apperently a car hit him and someone threw a bottle at him from inside the car so he had bad road rash on his leg a cut on his face and arm and i think his ankle is broken, i patched him up the best i could but should i walk him to the medi centre in the morning!? And hes sleeping on my lap right now and he was sucking on my finger, why was this!?

Very simple!.!.!.you would want someone to make sure that you received medical attention if you were in the same situation!.!.!.do the same for him!.!.!.IMMEDIATELY!. Notify the police once you are at the hospital so they can collect his statement!. He may need police protection if this was a premeditated crime and by not doing both of these tasks you are clearly doing him a disservice!.
If something happens to him and you didn't take appropriate health and safety measures you could be liable (depending on the laws in your state)

The sucking on your finger is probably a calming thing, you know, like babies!.!.
Anyways, I would say get him to the nearest hospital as soon as possible and have him checked out cause he could have more serious injuries!. Then when your there, call the police and see what your boyfriends brother remembers about the car and the people in it, and also where he was when he was hit by the car!.!.

He should be taken to a hospital, if he was sucking on your finger he may have taking some kind of drug like ecstasy this causes the person to have a very touchy feely thing going on and it may kill him!!! Sounds like he was at a party and got beat up and the people that he was with didn't like him or he pissed them off since he couldn't pay for a drug and so they hurt him really bad!!! Get him medical help as soon as you can!!! it looks to me like he is coming to you for comfort and you should be there for him as much as you can!. Try not to panic too much, but this is a very serious problem!. You need to get him to an emergency room immediately! Even if he had no bumps or bruises, if he was hit by a car you need to get him to the ER to get check him out!. He could have a concussion and you need to make sure he does not sleep, as that can cause severe problems!. It sounds like he is not in the right state of mind, so call 911 right now!

You better call 911 and tell them what happened and how they can help or call your local police dept!. and find out what you should do - this is serious and not to be kept quiet -Even if its late do the needful asap

Is it possible that he is attracted to you and is playing on your sympathy hopening that it may lead to something else!. Ask him if he is okay for now or does he need medical help!. Tell him that you plan to take him to the doctor the first thing in the morning!. Also maybe you should call a friend over to spend the night so that the two of you are not alone together!. Also, call your bf or his parents and let him know whats going on and ask him what does he think that you need to do!. I would call his family and your boyfriend and let them take care of him!. I wouldn't wait untrtil morning either, do it now!. If all this did really happen to him, he should be at the emergency room!. If he was hit by a car, call the Police dept and dump him in their lap!. YES take him to the hospital or whatever, and I dunno but maybe it's not a good idea to wait 'till the morning, maybe you should do it now!. Unless you don't think it's necessary!. And he's sleeping on your lap and sucking your finger either because he likes you or because he's incredibly screwed up in the head because of the shock!. Think about it, if you were hit by a car and had a bottle thrown at you then you wouldn't be acting normal!. Take him to the hospital as soon as possible is my advice!.
