9-10 hours of sleep a night
easily irritated
doesn't eat healthy - anymore (lots of sweets and sodas)
not very active

Sounds like some depression and she is a single mom with 2 kids, school, and work she is tired and STRESSED!. she needs some time for just her!. Cuz by the time she gets done with all those she dose not want to exercise and it is easier to eat junk than to try and eat healthy and she is grouchy and irritated cuz she is so stressed and has no time for herself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
