Question: Took Zoloft 50 mg yesterday morning by accident - concerned!!?
I was supposed to be taking an aspirin for a morning headache, but later found out that I had taken a Zoloft 50 mg pill!. I'm on a regimen of Dexedrine, 10 mg a day, three times a day, so 30 mg a day!. I had taken my first dose of Dexedrine in the morning, then taken the Zoloft afterward, and then continued with my other two doses of Dexedrine later in the day before finding out last night that it was in fact my sisters Zoloft that I had taken in the morning, which might explain why I felt a bit less anxious yesterday morning, but really anxious this morning!. Do not worry about the Zoloft!. As with all antidepressants it has to build up in your system!. One 50 mg tablet is not going to hurt you!.
You will probably be anxious today, because that is well above the inital starting dose!.
It will not cause any permanent damage, and your sex life will return to normal!.
