How do you recover from a long, tiring day and then wake up refreshed the next d!

Question: How do you recover from a long, tiring day and then wake up refreshed the next day!?
At the moment my days are long, I am studying early childhood education and I am on practicum (going out on placement at a centre)!. As well as that I have 6 large assignments to do at the same time and then in two weeks when it's over I have 7 more exams and assignments to do after that!!! When I get home from the kindergarten I have to go straight into doing assignments and apart from a break to watch a little tv and have dinner I don't stop until about 9pm!. By this time I'm pretty exhausted and I have no time to tidy (my room is a tip) and only just enough to care for my pets properly!.

I find everything gets piled up and I cannot really relax at night!. The next morning I am groggy and feel awful and tired!.

What can I do to help me keep my energy up and how can I learn to relax enough so that I can get quality sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
One: make sure you eat properly!.

Avoid junk food, prepared meals and "convenience" foods!.
These clog your system, overwork your liver and slow down your capacity to work and study!.
Make sure you eat regular and balanced amounts of meat, carbs, fruits and vegetables!. this is not impassible to do, even if you don't cook your own meal and/or are on a budget!.

Then, avoid eating meat at dinner time!. Trying to sleep with your metabolism going at full tilt does not make sense!.
Have something light and fulfilling instead!.
Avoid all fried food!.

Two: instead of watching tv, one night clean your room and do your laundry!.
It makes all the difference to sleep in a clean room and not in a smelly tip!.

Three: Exercise a litlle!. If you can't fit a gym in your busy routine, then taking brisk walks should do the trick!. Your mind will work better!.

Finally, everybody' s body clock works differently: if you are more alert at night time, you might want to do exercise at night in order to get really exhausted!. If instead you are more active first thing in the morning, then before going to sleep run yourself a bath with a few lavander oil drops - lavender oil is super relaxing and cab be bought cheaply in any health food store!. Soak for as long as you can, maybe while playing some relaxing music!.!.!.

And if you like lavander, try sprinkling just a couple of drops on your pillowcase!. It works wonderfully! Www@Answer-Health@Com
