Do you take any source of duretics!? It could be lack of potassium!. ask your dr if you need KLORCON especially if you take duretics, such as lasixWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stand facing a wall, put one foot as verticle as possible against the wall and lean into the wall for a comforting stretch!. This works the back of the leg!. To work on the opposite side, find something to slip your foot under and flex your foot upward!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow!. Your office has a really cool policy on bringing pets to work!. Mine won't allow a goldfish, let alone small cattle!.

Maybe if you let them graze for a while during the morning they won't cramp up at midday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In addition to the ones above, try stretching after the walk, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your potassium levels could be low, my grandma had that problem and she had calf cramps like that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
