In my personal opinion they sure will help you sleep my husbands pain management dr prescribed him those with his pain med and the 4 mg ones that are round they knock him out at night that's why we call them the knock out pills they also come in a capsule which they knock you out to just a few minutes longer good luck defiantly take at bed timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
How one responds to medication is individual!.
