Its hard to tell you where to go without being in your area!. However, I can tell you from doing my own research (as a migraine sufferer myself) that often times migraines are caused by something in your lifestyle!.

It could be your diet (look into this, even cheese!), a perfume someone wears around you, your pillow, or your eye prescription!.

Seeing a specialist will help you determine the cause!. It could even be a hormone or thyroid level that is off!.

Just a tip!.!.!. when seeing a specialist, they will probably tell you to keep a log of your daily activities, like what you eat and what you do, and the days you get your headaches!. You could go ahead and start keeping that diary so that by the time you get to the doctor, you're one step ahead for a little quicker treatment!.

If you have a family physician, call to see who they recommend!. Your local ER should also be able to recommend someone!.

Hope I helped, and good luck getting rid of those headaches!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unitl now, there are theories regarding its cause but hasnt proven yet as the sole reason why the emergence of severe headache at times!. Therefore, it is very hard to treat!.

But there is a kick for its remedy!. Most of the times people depend on the migraine pills that they take it at the height of pain!. No no no no!. It shouldnt be that way!. No pain reliever can ever afford relief of migraine headache at that very moment!. So when is the best time to take your pills!? The answer is--- at the initial symptom!. When you are only having light headedness or dizziness or seing flashes of light!. Thas the best time to take pain reliever or anti-migraine pills!. Always remember that the key is the timing your medication is taken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
