Is this a pulled muscle?!


Question: Is this a pulled muscle!?
I was doing situps Sunday on an extreme decline and had no problem until Monday!. Since then I have had this pain in my lower abdomen when I sneeze, move, etc!. I always thought it was near imposssible to overwork your abs!. I also had a tiny bit of spotting on Monday but I just thought it was because I was like an hour late on my birth control!. I've still been exercising lightly, like walking/jogging!.!.!.is this why it still hurts!? How do I make it feel better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In time it will get better!. Light exercise is okay!.

It's probably just a bit sore from the work you had it doing!. If you pulled it you'd probably know a little sooner than the next day!.

You can definitely pull muscles in your abs!. It may not have necessarily been over working it!. It could be that you moved a certain way or just made a wrong turn and pulled something!. You can try a heating pad!.!.!.ice would be too late!.!.!.it may work or you may just have to wait it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Naw i don't think it is!. it probally your muscles are tense and tight, that's if you don't really do those exercises, or you havent done em in a whileWww@Answer-Health@Com

pulled muscles are common!. put a heating pack on it and lay it easy for a little while!. they heal pretty quicklyWww@Answer-Health@Com

maybe u've put too much strain on your back!.!.!.!.!.and could be that ur back can't cope up with strenuous exercise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
