About a month ago I had a pretty bad ankle sprain on my left ankle which ended up mostly healing but today I was going out of my house and all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my foot!. I it hurt really bad especially when I tried to turn it to the right side and I have no idea what could have caused it unless it could

If the RICE method isn't working, I suggest going to the ER and getting either an xray or an MRI!. The doctors can give you advice for treatment options!. You can also be referred to a physical therapist!. If you leave it go, it probably will take awhile to heal on its own!. The doctor can also answer any questions about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
