I gave my cousin a piggy back ride yesterday and now my back hurts really bad!.The lower part and the middle part!. My spine hurts a little to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to rest your back for a few days!. Take some ibuprofin if you're tolerant of it!. Also, use an ice pack!. 20 min on then 20 min off!. Make sure you rest!. Take care!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your back pulled the muscle!. you have to get a very hot water put on the bag then put on your back then will solve painful get away!. try going get it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
