I have a bible bump on the top of my wrist?!

You didnt say if the bump was soft and squishy or hard!. Either way I wouldn't smash it!. I had one on the top of my wrist that was hard it was called a ganglion cyst and the doctor had to remove it!. My friend had a soft and squishy one he tried pinching and smashing, anyways to make a long story short, it spread got infected and had to be lanced!.

Well it used to be how people removed them, so I doubt it would do you any harm!. But why not just go to the doctors!? They will inject it with stuff to make it disappear!.!.!. Which sound less painful that bashing it with a book!.!.!.

If you smash a ganglion cyst you run the chance of the acid on the inside harming your tendons and bones!. I would go to a dr to have it drained or just live with it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
