Injury Lawyers... are they a good idea?!

Question: Injury Lawyers!.!.!. are they a good idea!?
I broke my wrist last year whilst at work from slipping on a wet floor and am now a little skint so thought it might be a good idea to try and claim some money back from my old company!

I have found, what sounds like, a great injury lawyer company, they are called Accident-helpline!. They said that I literally will not have to pay any costs at all and will keep 100% of my compensation!.

Do you think that it is worth going for this!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Could be worth pursuing them BUT!.!.!.!.!.

read the small print in the enclosed documents!.

Sometimes there is a clause which limits the amount they can spend pursuing the defendant (your old company) - if that limit is reached - they have the option to close the case or make some charges!.

I know - I am just in the process of using a company in London and pursuing my son's school for an injury he sustained whilst under a teachers supervision in class and the small print opens up differing options if they should choose to defend the action - i!.e!. If the drag it out the time and money limit may be reached and then the case could stop or they could charge me or we could end up going to another solicitor!.

As a rough guide - if it takes 3 months - then you will be close to the cut off point!.

you should hope that they do not contest the case you bring and accept liability - then it is straightforward - insurers pay up and you get your money and the insurers pay the solicitors costWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, NO LAWYER will allow you to keep 100% of your settlement so you better double check that before you sign any paperwork with them!. Secondly, when you hurt your wrist last year did you report it within 24 hours to your employer or human relations office!? If not, you have no claim!.

Also, if you did report it and you decide to sue your employer for benefits, be ready to wait at least 2 years (minimum) for any kind of settlement because you will be suing their Workmans Compensation Insurance company and they don't like to pay claims!. Especially one's that are over 1 year old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it sounds too good to be true, it IS! They have to be paid and nothing is free, so don't fall for that one!.
Didn't you have a workman's comp claim!? If so, you can go back and open the claim to determine the level of disability and be compensated that way!. Sometimes with money, sometimes with lifetime medical care!.
Beware that future employers do not look kindly upon people who are out to "sue", so don't let this interfere with your future!. I am not saying your claim is not legitimate, but these are genuine concerns to look at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on who you go with
injury laours for you is greatWww@Answer-Health@Com

sure why not !.!.!. the rest of the country does!.!.!.!.as my insurance gets more and more expensive!.

thanks america!Www@Answer-Health@Com
