Here is what I've used on a few dozen feet over the past year:

Get two packages of moleskin: one thick, one thin!. Take the thick moleskin and cut a piece off that is about 1cm bigger than your blister!. It is better if it is round on the outer edge, but square also works!. Then cut a whole in the middle that is only slightly larger than your blister!.

Then take the thin moleskin and cut it the same size as the thich, but do not cut the middle out!. Put the thick moleskin with the cut center around the blister, then put the thin moleskin over that!.

You can add a piece of athletic tape for better holding power, but it shouldn't be needed!.

You should also soak your feet two or three times/day in epson saltwater!. Finally, some zinc oxide creme or Neosporin may help healing!.

If the blister was unpopped, I'd have suggested that you get moleskin to help not pop it, or the gel pads some people use for burns!. However, as it HAS popped, it is now a wide-open door for all bacteria or viruses, fungi, etc!. that are nearby!. Put antibiotic ointment like Neosporin on it, and put on a Band-Aid!. It will prevent it from being infected and that will certainly feel a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try moleskin!. You can get it at the drugstore!. It's thicker than gauze or tape and you can cut it to fit!. That should help to keep your shoes from rubbing against it and making it worse!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
