Elbow pain from cheerleading?!

Question: Elbow pain from cheerleading!?

I was doing a round off back!. and when i was just on my hands my elbow bended and i landed but wasnt able to do my back handspring!. and now i have serious pain in my elbow!.!.!.i have tumbleing fridays so help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
