Well, it can be possible that you just worked it out too hard!. You know how if you run too long then your legs REALLY hurt and you don't want to move them!? Well, same with your butt!. Seeing as your butt is the largest muscle in your body ( I know it is funny right!?) then it could just be sore from being worked out too much!.
