Question: Taking meds and avoiding sun and heat!?
with certain meds you are supposed to avoid sun and/or heat!. what are the effects when you are taking the meds and spend the day in the sun!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am on some meds that say avoid sun!. I did go out in the sun for the afternoon and put 50spf on!. I still got burned and it made me feel nauseated! Just drink lots of water, wear a high spf, and make sure their is shade and maybe even talk with your doctor before going out in the sun!
