Question: Half decent headache remedies please!?
I have a bloody mammoth of a headache, not a migraine, but it doesnt exactly tickle either!. Can't go to bed for a few hrs and I have popped a couple painkillers but seem to have done bugger all!.
Any ideas!?

squash your head and ears in between two pillows in a dark room, dark and cold and quiet!.!.!. or ice pack to the head is amazingly soothing, if not able try specifically ibuprofen or alleve!. good luck, i hate them~Www@Answer-Health@Com
i get migraines and i find massaging my head really really helps!. so just rub your head all over!. I go to me room and lay in the darkness while i rub my head and i find that really helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
