Answers:
NO!. the thyroid is a gland that produces hormones that regulate various parts of your body's metabolism!. Unless you had a very large growth on it (called a goiter) it wouldn't hurt at all!.

I have "thyroid dysfunction" and never any pain in my throat!. I take one pill everyday to give my body the hormone it needs to regulate metabolism!.

Good luck! I hope eveyrthin works out well for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The thyroid is a gland located near your throat!.!.!.
Sometimes thyroid glands have problems, which is why sometimes obese people can't lose weight because they have a thyroid problem!.
It basically controls growth and a few other things!.
If you have a thyroid dysfunction, it just means your thyroid is putting out too much/not enough of a certain hormone
it wouldn't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
