How can i get rid of headache?!

Try sleeping in darkness, have an early night, don't watch telly especially in the dark!. You can get those cold strips to go on your forehead from the chemist- they help!. Migralieve is effect, you take two pink ones and if they don't work you can then take the yellow ones!. My partner uses Tiger Balm and swears by it!. Don't eat chocolate or cheese!. try exedrin migraine!. or you can go to the emergency room, and they will give you a shot that takes care of it!. i always choose the shot, because i am usually to nauseous to keep the pills down!. hope it goes away soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
