RLS comes in many forms!.!.!. from the tiniest flinch to a wild tossing of the legs!.!.!.!. what you seem to be describing sounds like a muscle twitching as it relaxes!.!.!.!.!. my first suggestion to you is to change your shoes, apparently you are aggrivating a weak spot in a muscle by the type of shoe youve been wearing !. also you can try warm moist heat on the twitching area, or if it persists, a mild muscle relaxer!.!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had something similar happen on occasion, where just as I'm drifting off to sleep, my body will jerk, and it's enough to wake me!. It's like a quick spasm!. My torso is usually involved, not just my limbs!. I don't know what causes it, but my guess is either stress or lack of sleep!. Hopefully someone will have the answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is restless leg syndrome!.!.!.thats what it sounds like to me!.!.!.i have it and mine is a quick twitch before bed!.!.!.i had it bad during my pregnancy and now its hardly there!.!.!.
