Question: Do you take iron tablets all at once or throughout the day!? i have to take 3 a day for a month!? !?
i never thought to ask and my doctor never said but i was prescribed iro tablets for a month and to take 3 a day, i was taking them all at once but then i thought would it be better absorbed spaced out like morning afternoon and evening!? also will it raise my iron levels a lot in one month!? Do not take 3 all at once, take one in the morning along with breakfast then one in lunch and then in dinner!.Too much iron can cause severe headaches but as your doctor has prescribed you might need it for an iron deficiency just take the right portions and also eat a lot of spinach as it contains a lot of irons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They can be really hard on your stomach!. I would take them with each meal to lower the chances of it causing any stomach discomfort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
