Question: Dizzy, mild diarreha, and hot help please!?
Well as you can see I recently became dizzy hot and had diarrhea, not too bad though just very hot and dizzy , do I have the flood how can I ease the dizziness and cool down thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It almost sounds like your dehydrated!. I know that when i have been, i get hot, dizzy, and have the diarreha too!. Drink fluids, best option is cool, but not cold!!!, water!. To ease dizziness, try laying down, but not flat, that will make you even more dizzy!. To cool down, put cool cloths behind your neck, in your armpits, and in your groin area!. To ease the diarreha, eat toast, with no butter or jam, regular pieces of bread, rice!. pretty much anything starchy, except pasta!. hope you feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com
