sounds like abdominal cramping!. it might be because you ate too soon before you ran or ate too long before -- or possibly because of dehydration!. It could be due to not breathing correctly, or not warming up and stretching enough before hand!.
Try eating 2 hours before you run (something light like fruit or energy bar or something) then make sure you've had enough water that day!. Stretch and warm up a bit before you run!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
