Question: I keep twisting my ankle, idk what to do!?
about 1 month ago i was climbing over a fence in my backyard cuz i didnt feel like unlocking it =/ and i fell and bent my ankle really weird,it made a crunchy noise and at first i thought it was broken but then after a few minutes it didnt hurt very much so i thought it was ok,its usually fine and starts getting better but then ill step on it wrong or the other day i was running and stepped in a hole and now it hurts again =[
idk what to do cuz i dont think its a serious injury but i keep hurting because it hasnt had time to heal, every time it starts to i hurt it again, what should i do!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound as if you have a hair-line fracture in which the bone has a crack in it!. It's best you go to an emergency room to let them x-ray it or it will get worse!.Please get it checked before you actually break it all the way ,then you'll have to get it reset and that hurts worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i am no doctor but i think you should go see one cause if it made a crushing noise then you could have broken something small in your foot!.

and i would also wear supportive shoes until you can see the doc!.

i mean like sneakers!. i know it may not look as cute as flip flops but it could help a lot!.

i hope you get betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

go to your local drug store and pick up an ankle brace, or a tensor bandage!. Wrap your ankle in it so it cannot move very much!. That will help prevent further damage!. You need to keep off your foot as much as possible, even if that means using crutches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Stop being so clumsy (this is usually the advice my friends give me)!.
2!. Elevate your ankle and rest
3!. Ace Bandage for support
4!. Go to the doctor if the pain continuesWww@Answer-Health@Com

first you should go to the hospital and get it X ray-ed!. But if it's ok then maybe get some crutches or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop walking so much on it and let it heal!. ur lucky u havnt broken itWww@Answer-Health@Com
