I think I average twice a day sometimes 3 dumps!.
It depends on how tall you are and how much muscle you carry, if you eat more you poop more, its kinda how it works!.
Taller, heavier guys are going to have to eat more food per day and hence will "visit the toilet" more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
