I assume you're young and still growing so share this with your parents!. I think you are trying to say you have an Achilles tendinitis!. This is a repetitive stress injury that can be from landing wrong, wearing the incorrect shoes or even improper training and warm ups which causes micro tears in the fibers of the tendon and can lead to other more serious problems!.
It sound like what you need is a good athletic trainer who will work with your primary care provider, podiatrist or sports medicine physician to get you up and running again!. You should bring your shoes and training plan with you when you see them!.
Don't continue to exercise on an injury as it may lead to a serious disability later on, one that may not show up until after you stop growing!.
R-I-C-E is the acronym we use for the initial treatment period; rest, ice (48-72 hrs followed by heat), a lightly wound compression (ACE) bandage and elevation!. You may - check with your parents first - use an NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and inflammation!.
Most importantly, get checked by a professional before you return to the floor or apparatus!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

achilles are a hard thing to heal, i think the best thing for achilles pain would be going to a podiatrist and getting your feet looked at!.

i had achilles pain and i got the right orthotics for my feet and my achilles have less stress on them!.

You just have to work through!. Have confidence in yourself, wear a brace, and pop a couple of ibuprofen!. I messed up my ankle a bunch, so trust me!.!.!.I know how it feels!. Good Luck with your injuries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
