I crack my wrists al lthe time to relieve built up pressure!. I just put my hand flat out, then move it down like im at the end of a wave, and push down until it cracks!. Usually Itll crack before my fingers can touch the underside of my arm!. Best feeling around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't!. Try massage, it will work much better for a cramp or heat!.!.
