Answers:
Ice it, take a warm bath, or use icy-hot or something like it, or do all three!. She could also take ibuprofen!. If shes in serious pain for more than a couple hours you might want to call a doctor because it could be something more serious than a cramp!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, I have been in that situation before!.!.!.it hurts, I know!. Here are some things you can do immediately to help her!. She may be dehydrated!. This can cause severe muscular cramps after sports activities!. Give her water or gatorade (at least two glasses)!. Also, try boosting her potassium levels, a banana, a glass of orange juice or a cup of broccoli will do the trick in that case!. Additionally, she can place warm heat packs on her leg!. What you need to watch for in the next few hours are any additional symptoms, if her leg starts throbbing, turns red or she feels extreme pain in it, get her to the doctors immediately!. Otherwise, if no other symptoms appear and her cramps abate, she should be fine!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey she is in a bad condition but don't worry!

1 Apply a cold cmpress to the fractured part to ease
the pain!.
2 Let the person sit or lie down!.
3 Make a splint long enough to support the broken bone!.
Fasten the splint under the injured part before moving
the patient!. Be sure to position the injured part naturally
before applying a splint!.
4 If a compound fracture occurs, apply a sterile dressing
on the wound!.

Hope this helps and be careful doing this, follow my
instruction!. Well Goodluck! B-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've seen soccer players, and other athletes for that matter, lay down, and lift up the cramped leg up in the air and have someone push/pull the foot so the cramped muscles will relax!.

Also, massaging the area seems to help as well!. Application of heat seems to work as well!.

Try these different links!.

Hope these help you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell her to sit down with her legs straight out in front of her and then move your toes as if you want them to touch your leg!.!. if u get me!? like pull your toes back for a few seconds then do it again and again!. It should help
