Why is my ankle popping?!
Question: Why is my ankle popping!?
I've had this problem for a while, but don't know why it happens or what caused it!.
Whenever I rotate my ankles or flex my legs, my ankles make this strange popping noise!. The sound is very pronounced and usually occur in numbers and occurs when I do something as simple as run down a flight of stairs!.
This has been happening for a good 10 years -- it's nothing recent!. I found it embarrassing in ballet and though it caused me no pain, it often interfered with my performance!.

It the tendon snapping off your ankle bone ( the pointy one) nothing to worry about,,, and yes its annoying mine does it too!.!.!. more in my right then my left!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
