Question: How did i sprain my knee!?

I was at one of my basketball game when I sprain my left knee but how I just jump and when I landed I couldn't walk my knee was in pain so I want to the ER and they said I sprain it but how when I landed I didn't fall or anything I landed normal!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes that can happen, it's just due to weakness around the knee, possibly an old injury rearing it's ugly head again!. You may have landed awkward and just not even noticed, it happens plenty of times!.

Just be easy on it for the next few weeks and you should be good to go again soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
