Question: HELP my finger hurts so bad PLEASE HELP!!!!!?
Yesterday I cut a hot pepper for salsa for my husband (YAY I now know to wear gloves) but I dont remember my finger hurting this bad yesterday!. I did get the oil on my lips from touching them and eating something after cutting it and not washing my hands!. But now Im sitting her and my index finger is throbbing it feels like it is on fire and swelling at the same time!. I cut the pepper last night at liek 7pm its now 1130 am and I am in so much discomfort Could the pepper be the reason that my hand is burning so bad!?!?!? I tried ice and that did not work and I tried ointment and a band aid and nearly was on the floor from the pain (it flared up so bad after that) Any help please!. I am 24 weeks pregnant so meds to take oral is out of the question!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, it is because of the pepper!. it happened to my sister 3 days ago!.
wash your finger with soap and apply lotion!. it will make it feel a little better,
Usually this pain goes away by itself!. Not to long!. couple hours the most!.
