Question: Shoulder Pain!.!.10 points will be awarded!!?
Ok so I hurt my back and I just finished using a Target brand of icy hot patch (which works even better than the leading brand) and my shoulder/back area doesn't hurt so much anymore but I have volleyball practice tommorrow and I'm going to hav eto serve and spike!. How should I wrap my shouldre and what should I use!? Shuold I be like Kerri Walsh and use sports tape or should I use stretchy gauze!? Plz help and plz tell how to wrap it or even show me a youtube vid!. Any advice would help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
