Having a sleeping/pillow problem...?!
Question: Having a sleeping/pillow problem!.!.!.!?
Well, I'm having a problem sleeping!. I can't sleep with one pillow
only!. It's very hard for me and I usually have to bundle up
my second pillow to be able to go to sleep!.
Now it's getting worse!. I can't go to sleep
with my two pillows now either!. I'm always moving
around in my bed and it's very uncomfortable!.
Is this because I'm asthmatic!?
Thanks,
Khris

Pillows!. I think it's perfectly normal!. About the two pillows!. I generally keep alternating between none, one and two - so!.!.!.
As for the uncomfortable bit - Mattress problems!? Back problems!?
Or you're turning into an insomniac!.!.!. Then try the whole 'soothing music before sleeping', partial meditating, no tv or computer on and a really really long boring fat book!.
It works!.
As for being asthmatic - well - I'm one - and unless I'm having an attack or on the verge of one it has never interfered with my sleeping-pillow-blanket-mattress equation!.
Unless I'm trying to smother myself in my sleep!.!.!. Hmm!. Ah!.
If you're unwell - then - well - take medication/preventive and get well soon :)
As a side note - change in weather temperature brings on a slight wheeze for me - so - maybe that could be bothering you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
