Question: I stepped on a nail but it did not puncture my skin!. It left a little red dot but it did not bleed!.!?
I washed it and put an ice pack on it!. The nail itself had no rust on it!. Should I get a tetanus shot!? My last shot was in 1998 and I know they last about 10 years and I should probably get a booster anyway but I didn't know if I had to rush!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The red dot is a petechia - those are harmless!. You'll be fine!. Definitely get the booster just in case something else happens, but you don't have to rush because of this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
