If you cut an artery, the blood will be bright red because it has been oxygenated by your body!. If you cut a vein or capillary, it will be darker until it is exposed to oxygen molecules!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes it will still be red, because the air molecuels in the water (hense the H2O) !.!.!.!.but I dont suggest doing that! If your cut and bleed underwater, it will continue to bleed until your out and a while after that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
