Magnesium and leg cramps!.!.!?
I have had leg cramps my entire life (especially bad knees)!. I just spotted a magnesium supplement in my house and on the back it read symptoms of magnesium deficiency: leg cramps, migraines, fatigue!." I have felt and complained of both fatigue and leg cramps for as long as i can remember!.

what will happen if i start taking this supplement but i don't really need it!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking 2 tablet twice a day!. If you take too much magnesium, it will make your bowels loose!. Otherwise just back off the dosage and see if it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
