Question: I have bad lower back pain, help!!?
ok so i had knee-surgery on august 12th so I've been having to be in weird positions and stuff, and i had to change sleeping positions (i used to sleep on my stomache)!. Lately i've been waking up with terrible pain in my lower back!. Any suggestions to make the pain stop!? Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will eventually need PT on the knee and that will help the back pain, so wait until the knee has healed!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
