Question: How do you know if you broke a growth plate!?
My lower back has been hurting after I bought some new shoes!.!.!.Also, Ive been working out as well!. So, I don't know if it's thge shoes or working out because my back didn't hurt after I was doing leg curls (i think that's wat u call it!.!.!.it was just stiff the next day) My lower back feels a bit tightened when I bend down sometimes!. Can it be a fractured growth plate!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Growth plates are anatomically known as epiphyseal plates and they are present at the ends of mainly long bones!. Growth plates are essential for the growth of bones and without them we would all be very tiny!
To fracture a growth plate is very serious, and the people I have seen who have fractured a growth plate are in serious pain, you tend to know when you have done something like this!
It sounds more like you have strained a lower back muscle, maybe due to poor form when doing leg curls!.
Lower back pain can be linked to your shoes, but I would think it is more likely to be a result of your gym work!.

Ive been in the Marine Corps for 18 years and have been active in physical fitness!. Two things could cause your pain!. One is the shoes, put insoles in them or get a new pair, and second ensure that you stretch before and AFTER you lift!. This should also Cure your problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i did break my growth plate in my right ankle last year
and when i did
it was!.!.

my ankle was swollen to triple the size
i couldnt walk on that foot
