Question: I have a tear inside my anus!?!?
I was a constipated last night and pooped really hard and I felt the inside of my anus tear!. Now, whenever I go poop, I feel that tear open up again and it hurts A LOT!. I know I can try stool softeners and drink lots of fluids and fiber, but what can I do about that rip!? Cause everytime I poop, it's going to open up again and never heal!!

what you're experiencing is called an anal fissure
it is a tear in the anal wall, usually due to constipation!.
it can be repaired by a simple surgery!.
It would be very difficult for it to heal otherwise
also, you should be aware that a wound in the anal or rectal area is very susceptible to infections!. u need to see a doc immediately!.
you will need a course of antibiotics (probably more than one type to prevent any infections!!)
