Home remedy for an infected burn in my lower abdomen?!

Question: Home remedy for an infected burn in my lower abdomen!?
I burned myself of course by accident last week using a boiling water in a water bottle my colleague at work passed on to me to put on top of my abdomen as I get extreme dysmenorrhea (extreme menstrual pains for those who don't know)!. On the first day of the burn the skin on the infected burn area was really sore and red!. After a day, I had a blister and then as disgusting as this sounds the blister exploded on it's own after a few days as the burn/blister is exactly situated on the lining of the jeans or the part where you button your jeans/pants!. Now for the past 2 days there seems to be a kind of like pus looking thing in the middle of the burn now wound!. I've put antiseptic cream for the past few days already!. I'm concerned that it's getting more infected as it's always touching different kinds of fabric obviously depending on what I'm wearing jeans, pants etc!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If it's infected, you may need to go see a doctor!.

If you get larger areas of red skin, you should think hard about seeing a doctor!.

If you see red lines radiating away from the infection site, you MUST go see a doctor!. These are signs that the infection is spreading into your circulatory system, and this can be a serious health threat - as in, it can kill you soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
