Subnormal temperature?!
Question: Subnormal temperature!?
Hi, I haven't been sleeping very well lately, and when I wake up I feel absolutely horrible, so I've been taking my temperature!. When I feel like this, its always a few degrees below normal!. What could be causing this!? Is this why I'm feeling so bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be but not very likely!. One, if your a woman then your temp usually is lower than a males!. Two, your temperature is usually at its lowest in the morning, or when youre asleep and shortly wake up!. Three, you may just be a person with a lower temp than the average 98!.6!. That 98!.6 is just an average, but any temp within a few degrees high or low, is not usually something to worry about!. I run about a 96!.9-97!.5 on most days!. If my temp gets to 98!.6 or higher, I usually hae a fever!. If you continue to feel horrible go see your Dr!. just to get a physical done and to make sure there isnt any thing seriously wrong with you!. Good Luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
