Question: How can I help my sore body!?
I came back from football practice, and I haven't exercises in a long time!. My arms and legs are extremely sore, especially my right ankle!. How can I help this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as there is no swelling, you can take a hot bath with Epsom Salts to help with sore muscles!.
