i'm only 14, and the pain alternates from knee to knee!. it seems like something as shifted, but i really don't know whats happening!. anyone else know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need shoes with more support - i suggest nikie shocks!
but shoes with a weak soul or none at all(flatts and flipflops) are killer on ur shin bones and knees!
u might not notice it at first but it can cause shin splints(which hurt like a b*tch!)haha!. but yea!!
