creams don't help!. what helps is the massage!. go ahead and use creams if you want, just save you're money on anything expensive!. What massage does is break down the scar tissue and realigns the collagen tissues back to normal!. also try heating the scar for about 15-20 min with a low heating pad before you massage, heat also helps loosen up the scar tissue!. the more you massage the better!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
