Question: What is a good home remedy for sinus infection!? !?

4 ounces warm water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
1You will also need: 1 dropper!.
2Mix the water and salt!.
3Squeeze some of the mixture through a dropper!.
4Lay across a bed, with your head hanging over, upside down, and sniff a few drops up each nostril!.
or
saline nasal drops mixed with same amount of regular strength afrin spray!. 1 drop in morning, 1 drop in evening!.!.!. use for 4 days, 4 days without, and then use again for 4 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
