Help! Blue Blister on my Toe?!

Question: Help! Blue Blister on my Toe!?

I need a little help!. I don't know if I should be worried or not!.

I started soccer yesterday and yeah, I've been running constantly!. But when I got home from practice today, I noticed I got a blister!. And it's BLUE!. I've never had this before!.

Yes, my feet were stepped on!. But that was more on the top of my foot!. And this is the 2nd toe from the big toe!. Index Toe i guess!?

So what should I do about it!? And why is it blue!!?

It looks like its just a normal blister with a good amount of blood underneath the skin!. Don't pop the blister and just let it be!. Your body will absorb most of the blood back into the body and you shouldn't have to worry about it!. It will take a couple weeks for it to completely disappear!. You may want to check your shoes or socks to see why you got a blister and attempt to keep any pressure off the blister so it doesn't rub it any more!.
