Answers:
yes and no!. Changing your sleeping habits affects your sleep!. Once you get a routine again you'll be okay!. Example, if you sleep at 11 everynight and wake up at 5, you should do the same on weekends!. Sleeping in isn't "good!." You'll be alright!. But I do advise that at your age, or any age actually not to wake up at noon!. You missed your entire morning!. Its amazing how much you can get done when you are
up early!. I get up at 5am everyday (for work tho) and by the time Im off
my days seem long (in a good way)and I feel like I accomplisehd a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your internal clock seems to be making you a night person!. Its totally okay when your an adult, you could work the afternoon shift!. But since your still going to school you will have to go to bed much sooner and get up much earlier!. This may be tough on you, especially falling asleep!. I suggest starting to got to sleep 1/2 hour earlier each night and getting up 1/2 hour earlier each morning daily until you get to around your school schedule!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you'll be going back to school soon, and will probably have to wake up early!. This could affect your grades rand attentiveness in class, start going to bed earlier, and set your alarm clock for about 10/9 am, but don't go back to sleep, the next night, yoju will be pretty tired which will lead to falling asleep earlier!. etc!.
