Knife and gunshot wounds?!

Question: Knife and gunshot wounds!?
What can be done to help someone once they've been stabbed or shot!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Call 911, stop/hold pressure on the bleeding, and keep the person warm with the legs elevated!. Talk to the person, make sure that he/she is able to talk!. If the person in unconscious, check for pulse(on the neck) and look for breathing/chest rising!. If either one of those is absent, you may need to do some form of CPR!. If it's breathing, then give a breath every five seconds, if it's a lack of pulse, start complete CPR!. If it's an adult, call 911 before you start CPR!. If a child, give one round of CPR, then call 911!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'd think the first thing they'd do is get to a hospital or call an ambulence, then inform the police of the assailant!.

Keeping the wounded area still is always something that should try to be done!. It's easier for the wound to heal if muscles aren't contracting/expanding as much!. Switching bandages everyday is also good!. That way infections are less likely to happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there isnt much you can do exept use rubbing alcohol!. they have to be taken to a hospital although they will call the cops if someone has been shot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
